Here are a few options.

1. Hammer and chisel.
2. Shaped charge of high explosive.
3. 12 guage shotgun.
4. Leave the car in the city with the doors unlocked and the windows open.
5. Cutting torch.
6. Chain saw.
7. Go to your local dealer and shell out a few bucks for the tool to do it right.
8. Remove the front end of your car and push it out from behind. (See chainsaw)
9. Sledge hammer.
10. Crow bar.

As is the idea of trying to get the radio out without the proper tool.
