finally getting a a4. i was thinking of getting a 1999 a4 v6 2.8. i was wondering what problems i should be looking for. he said he changed the timing belt and water pump for the car and he did the rear bearing for the car. he also said he changed the clutch. is there anything else i should be looking for. he is only asking 5000 for the car.

there arn't many mods available for the 2.8. If thats the reason your getting an a4, you should try to find a 1.8T

 

yah, the only big thing you can do to a 2.8 is a supercharger

 

what is a better car for the price?
can i if find 98 and above a4 1.8t for around 5K

 

probably, the mileage will be higher though
