recently my flex pipe broke so i took it to a custom exhaust shop today and decided to replace both flex pipes 150$ a piece, and get two hi-flo magnaflow cats 250 a piece, cut the mid-muffler 50$, and possibly finish the exhaust off tomorrow with a magnaflow dual tip exhaust for 300$. what do u guys think about this price wise, sound w/ the mid-muffler and w/o. is it going to be extremely loud without the mid-muff?? im getting the flex pipes and cat's done tomorrow regardless still debating on the mid-muffler delete and finishing the exhaust.

oh and its going on a 2.8, and those prices have installation included.

yea i'll take some pics tomorrow after i get it done. u guys think i will get any HP gains with 2 hi flow cats and no mid muff? and how about with the full exhaust wut numbers am i lookin at? i kno not much i just like the sound

 

yes you will get gains. better flow=more hp

 

yea they sound good like that if you search around there are a few sound clips of similar systems

magnaflow universal

 

BAM! got the 2 new flex pipes 2 hi flo cats and cut the resonator yesterday. it sounds amazing!!! i can actually feel a gain in HP and the dead spot between 1-3k is evened out. i will be finishing the exhaust off in about a week once i get paid. i might be able to get a video clip w/ sound up if any1 is interested.
