Thanks to agro I have a few carfaxes for some A4's I was looking at. To my surprise one of the dealers was near a client so I stop to see it. I test drove it and it was in beautiful condition. The guy even put it on the lift for me to check everything I wanted to. Funny thing though is the porter or whatever he is called went to park the car and scratches up the S4 right next to it and scratches the rear driver's side quarter panel on the A4 as well as denting it slightly. I was in the middle of financing too. When the porter told my salesman I knew something was wrong because his face turned red. The guy told me and we went to see the damage. I was offered another 1000 off the car and they would fix it for me. I wasn't too happy with them however and said I'd get back to them and went away. Should I just keep looking? Should I of been that upset? Ah well... I think right now it's time to look at the other 2 A4's then make a decision, but any input would be welcome.

 

Tell them to fix it, call you to come look at it - then you will decide. DO NOT sign anything until you see a fixed product.
