GIAC customer service:
I emailed GIAC asking about fault codes that i got from being chipped and their return policy... this is what they told me:
"Thank you for your email. If your ECU was bench flashed the engine will automatically get all these codes, because when the ECU is being flashed it is not in the car and is not receiving the signals from all the different parts of the car. That is why when you receive the ECU back and you put it back in the car all of the codes appear and they need to be erased, otherwise the car will not run right. After codes are erased everything should be fine. If you are not satisfied with the program we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. You would need to get your ECU flashed back to stock within that time period to be entitled to your money back. Thanks again for your email and have a great day."
So thats good..
