Hey guys-

I've been having some problems with the ignition system lately, and after lengthy diagnostics (weeks...) I've determined that it is my k03 chip. I don't know what went faulty, whether it is the contacts or the circuits, but either way, the stock chip works fine, and the k04 chip will at least start the car and idle (the k03 chip won't even do that anymore.)

So anyway, since I am in need of a k03 chip, and have this perfectly good k04 chip laying around, I was wondering if anybody wanted to trade (maybe someone who's upgrading). Is there an appropriate place to get just the chip I want? How much am I talking price-wise? Does anybody have any other brilliant solutions?

k04 more power i think thats a better choice

 

just run the k04 chip.. blow up the k03, then have an excuse for the k04

Western NY right now.... Does anybody know if a giac modified k03 chip will work from an 02 to a 98 and back?
