just caught a glimpse of it as a guy went to test drive it. i guess it's back in the garage for final adjustments and what-not. looked pretty good! i also gotta remember that the springs will settle a little more over the next month...and i'll fine tune the height with the Bilstein adjustable shocks once the springs are settling

ok i was tired, but i took some quick "afters" sun was pretty bad...i may attempt them again a lil later. Handling improvement is pretty niiiice. I notice when i come out of a turn hard that there wasn't much body roll at ALL, stays really flat. they didn't have my damn chip for some reason (i ordered it over a month ago!!!). so they soldered whatever needed to be soldered and will send me the GIAC one when it gets in and i can just snap it in myself.

i'm pretty happy with the ride height...not completely though. that's ok though, cause i'm sure itll drop a tiny bit more once the springs are settled and then i can fine tune with the grooved shocks.

What a difference in overall appearance.
From an SUV to Low and in charge.

Nicely done.

yea, thanks alot bro. you really don't notice how high stock non-sport is till you drop it. AND THAT'S JUST 1.25FRONT AND 1.0REAR!!! It's not even settled yet too...i'll probably go atleast another .25" front and back with the shocks in like 3weeks.

Lookin good bro, that's the setup I want. Definitely let me know your review of the GIAC!!!!

If I were you, I woulda looked over the mechanic's shoulder while he was doing the install so you know how to do it yourself next time. Some shops aren't cool with that because of insurance liability, but if you've got a cool tech they won't mind. You're paying for your knowledge and expertise, so you might as well try to retain it.

But Robot Chicken is hilarious, so it's all good. Big thumbs up on your new toys!!

all you have to do is take the wheel off, compress the spring, and then there is a c-clip to switch perches. the sport paired with the grooved shock is def the way to go if you are looking for good ride quality but a nice drop that's adjustable

Yup, but that stuff is still pretty foreign and fascinating to me (and other noobs on this forum that are reading this post)

We were supposed to do a Bilstein group-buy awhile back, but it fell through. Always wanted to try grooved Bilstiens on stock sport shocks.

Looks good, the difference is very noticeable, no more SUV stance. When the chip is in give us a detailed review of it. I might spring for it someday, but then again I have Tip so it'll probably be useless.
