i know the k04 bolts right on but what is needed for it to be done right ? do i need to get new lines, software, is ok with the apr chip and **** like that ??

You will need ko4 software for the car to run smooth.

APR will have what you need. The more power you want to make with the turbo the more supporting mods you'll need.
