Default Going Mad

I just did my second Oil change since ive had my Audi, and swap over my winter tires
to my summer, Ive had this car for almost 5 months, So I hadnt put this wheels on..

1. the wheel studs are different lenths from the front to the back ?
I ended up mixing them up not know, so I ended up putting some long ones in the front
hub, and the wheel would not turn whn I tried to drive away ????? CRAZY S*&T
Can this damage the bearing in the Hub ?
Coz now whn I took her onto the highway the was an awfull noise from the front ?
Which I think it could be the tires which Im not to happy with, there are 225/45/17 Michlin Pilots
alot of road noise ????

2. I checked my front end coz I can hear my Stab links over small bumps, whn I put it up and
pryed them I found no play on my links as well as my Lower control arms but the is an awfull noise
I knw the is a recall on the lowers but the guy at the dealer said the wont change them if it has
no play ??????

I dont want to start throwing parts at it to fix it ??

usually wheel bearings only make noise when you are turning like if you are turning left you will hear the right and opposite for right. If its makeing a grindish sound when turning than its wheel bearings if not its probably road noise.

The wheel studs on mine are shorter in the front to clear the outter part of the hub
I was wandering coz I put 100ft pounds whn I torqued them down
and there didnt sit flush in the rim and damaged the end treads on the stud,
So I ground it down to fix it but im worried about the Hub and the noise
The noise kinda comes and goes whn Im on the highway
im going to try reduce the pressure in my tires to change the ride quality
I got them set at 39psi 5 psi from the Maximum bead setting pressure for heat expansion
then see wat i come up with ..

your tire pressure is probably fine. 100 ft pounds is a rediculus amount of torque buddy you need to break those loose. you probably bent your hub

Nahh its pretty hard to bend those things if you do it proper
I set mine at 100 do to the difference in heat expansion
rates from the Hub/rotor
