going racing
The owner where i work rents mosport race track for a day once a year this is going to be my first year with the A4 i expect it to do good the only problem i'm worried about is one of my 18" wheels are a little bent damm potholes i need to get it fixed but i just haven't had time will it be ok if i stitch that bent rim to the back or should i just try and make some time and get it fixed now[sm=icon_guiness.gif]
Get it fixed now. a bent rim leads to unbalanced tires which lead to bad wheels bearings which lead to a tire flying off. save your self the 4g's and get it fixed as soon as the funds are availiable
I don't have any shakes at high speeds its just you can see it in the rim on the outer edge a little and the track day is coming up very soon i will be getting it fixed but will it be ok if i move it to the back for track day
without pictures are more info, there is no way for any of us to tell you if it will be ok. I would hate to tell you it was good to go, and have you get into trouble. So i'm going to just say get it fixed.
Fix it! If you're going to the track to really push your baby hard..don't mess around with this kinda stuff. Your car should be in tip top shape or you could be kissin your *** goodbye. High speed is dangerous anyway you look at it...even more so when your car is already damaged.

ok I will really try to get it fixed before then mosport is a hard track the only elevation track in Ontario Canada and turn 2 is the hardest corner of any race track lol lots of walls to hit also thank guys
Most tracks do a safety check prior to running oyur car on their track. They may catch that and make you fix it before they let you run. That's what they do around here at least. I'd fix it too, just to be safe.
