Stock bumper...they have to cut a little.... i can't wait to try it out on the way home. gonna be a long day in Des Plaines.

these guys are awesome though. Got me feedback on the deal fast and I'm quite happy. I think it will be cool to see it get dismantled and all... i was thinking brake upgrade too..but really shouldn't spend the dough yet.

I will bring it by for sure.

The guys at Renn-Art were awesome... very thorough... patient (I asked muchos questions).. knowledgable and professional. They are bulging at the seams in their current operation and mentioned possible expansion in the near term... These guys are going to do well if my experience with them is typical of a visit to their shop. They got the parts in with such short notice... put it all together.. tuned it ..and verified the tuning with David from E-code. The #'s were bang on first time... and the car sure showed it. The intercooler and exhaust have made the car really move...feels like a nice v8 under the hood... it's less 'peaky' but still wants to pull like crazee.

Now if only they hadn't mentioned the K04 ELiminator... looks like my car is all prepped motor wise for this now... and then there is brakes... and suspension...and... and...and...

i think i'll stick with the power upgrades for now. they're fun

THanks again Renn-Art. I'll post pix of the e-code fmic when i get them..it looks awesome!

amazing how an impulsive trip to CHicago can bring about all this

Nice to hear everything went in well. Sounds like a great package and that you got excellent service

Just a technical point however. I'm originally from Regina, but sweated through a number of Toronto summers.

Cars don't feel humidity and engine cooling/temperature isn't altered by the amount of humidity. Cooling is only affected by the ambient temperature.

Humidity only makes it "feel" hotter for animals that cool them selves through evaporation (sweating).
