Hey guys, I just bought a 2000 Audi a4 1.8T Q 5 spd 58k mi silver with black leather interior for 7850 cash does that sound like a good deal?

def good deal, an awesome deal if the timing belt was changed on that puppy, if not change it soon, as you'll quickly learn they are notorious for failing.

I'm not sure if the belt has been changed... Would I have to take it to audi to get it changed?

you could take it to the dealer and have them do it for 1500 or you could use this and do it yourself. i just did two weeks ago and its really easy, jsut time consuming.

I will put some pics up as soon as I get some taken. The only thing wrong with the car is that the rear view mirrior is broke, but other than that the car is in great shape.

Find an audi certified mechanic and have a pre/post purchase inspection done and be loyal to that mechanic.
