Good idea or a Bad idea???

i am going to buy a k04-15 that needs to be rebuilt and want to know if having it rebuilt like this is a good idea or a bad?

or is that what i think is called a e-05 turbo that had all kinds of issues

They wanna charge you $1200 just to rebuild a K04 into this. thats crazy!!! I would ask, because the wording might mean the $1200 includes a new K04 turbo and would be less if you suplied your own core. Now the quesiton would be Tuning. Who's tuning are they using? How much for this special tuning?

1195 is the price for a new turbo upgraded and tunning i don't know about yet im think it will be somthing around 4-500 to rebuild my blown k04 to the turbo in that link
