I think its worth it, it will be alot better than stock
CAI are not a LOT better than stock if any at all. OEM audi airboxes flow well to begin with.
trust me from experience dude it will be better than stock you will feel the difference but not a major difference even if you just throw on a cone filter you will notice the difference. the stock box is so restrictive if you guys would open your hood and take the box apart you will see and not only that why would a company make a intake for the car and the stock is supposed to be better

Right, I bought a quattro so I could only drive when it is dry.

Besides, I drive for 3 hours a day. I dont want to hear my car sucking wind all day...

looks like someone bought this $29 pice of crap, and is standing there ground with this intake.
no matter how you look at it ,this thing is junk, It may however grab the eye of a honda owner because it is shiney.
I guess if you are looking for something flashey with no regard of quality then this is for you.
Just keep in mind you own an audi.

Thats if you are using a Cold Air Intake with out the bypass valve, that intake you guys are looking at on ebay is a short ram intake. A Cold air intake is a intake that goes down to the bottom of the car usually towards the front bottom bumper which will suck in water with out the bypass valve since its so close to the ground

What is the difference between this CAI (Evo) and this one from above (actually this one and i might put on a heat shiled this one?

On the bootom one they have a housing over the air intake (where it enters the engine) that says V6. Where can i get one of those if i buy this?
