first thing im going to do is put some suspension all around .. what are your set ups?

 

Search the forums man, most are something like h&r springs with bielstiens or tein springs, personally I have a set of coilovers, made by but some German company I cant even begin to pronounce

 

Better off figuring how much you want to spend and then deciding if you want to be able to adjust your setup. Coilovers offer adjustability, but are expensive. Shocks/springs are cheap but offer little adjustability unless you get adjustable perches.
