IT feels like a completely different car! The pull in 3rd and 4th is great, still snaps you back in your seat. Now...I can't wait to get exhaust on it! I'll prolly have the same shop do the exhaust that did the chip. Here is where you save money though, you order it and have it shipped to them. That way, you wont get charged for the taxes!
Hopefully I'll get the exhaust by Dec/Jan.
Hey quick question for you guys...I hear a clicking sound constantly when the car is running, or just turned off coming from the passanger side around the back seat area. Is that normal or something that needs to be addressed right away? Or can I get away with waiting until the 10,000 mile service in a few weeks?

dont waste the cash for the intake unless u just want the noise...
if u are in a emmisions lax state, get a TP, ecode says it gains 20hp/40ftlbs at peak points in the RPM band...for the 2.0t

Get a boost gauge if you don't have one yet, it may not add hp but it lets you know you're having boost problems...I suggest you clean your oil cap, then check it after a week or two to make sure oil is not blowing out. If it does, your PCV will need to be replaced. A failed PCV will lower your boost as well, like a broken DV does.

When I clean the oil cap, should i just clean off the cap, or the whole area under the cap as well to check on this? Thanks!
BTW....there was a good bit of oil on the cap. Also, would I get a stock PCV valve or some performance PCV?

My exhaust is nice and quiet, I dont hear it, and certainly wouldnt want to from a 4cyl. Yuck! Reminds me of those fast and the furious 16 year old teenie bopper cars.

$905.00 It was $860 + $45 in sales tax. The good news is, it looks like I have the updated PCV..so it should be fine for a while. So far it it's doing its job.
