Matrix in Portland, huh? What exactly do they do? Is it actually a tuning shop, or just a dealer for parts?
I'm looking for some suspension for my B5, and I live in town, so...
for a good Audi shop locally.

Jeremy has been very nice to me, I'v enot met him personally but he has responded promptly to my emails.
Keep in mind with comunications that Jeremy deals with at least 4 audi sites i know of, not including vw/porsche things he may do. So promptly may be 1-2 days. If you need spiffy fast service, call him up.
I've driven by their shop and it was clean and well organized. Personally i think the MCCadam addres is to small and too funky *** to find. For those that don't know portland Picture the worlds most fucked up road, with ***** *** turn rules and one way street sections then even stranger on ramps to the freeway.
If they were out somewhere a bit less confusing...
I hate mc caddam road.. I had to drive it non stop for 6 years. it sucks. The shop is nice, the people are nice, the staff is top quality, finding higher quality people in the PT area is not likely.

Macadam isn't too bad; it's two-way up until us where it's one-way, paralleling I-5. With the gazillion dollar condo construction, it can be a bit confusing at times.
