got wheels in but....

Default got wheels in but....
i got my wheels in but i only got 2 wheels in, not all 4. and i measured them and they measured as 19"s. what is the proper way of meausuring? ill probably get the other 2 in tomorrow or so.

wut do u mean measuring
do u have tires on them
P235/35R18
the last number is the size of the rim
so that would be 18 inche

no panda, i do not have tires on them. hell, i would know if they were 18s or not if i had tires.
