Well, took my car down to the Tint place today, payed 200$ for the job. Got it pretty dark, may or may not be illegal

And while on spring break, I am debadging it, installing intake and custom heat shield, (Got tint done today)

Just need a black badgeless grill, rims, possibly painted lowers and i'm good to go. But the guy did a really good job and I am impressed at how much better it looks!

Looks a little on the dark side, looks good though. Are they very picky about dark tint where you live? It may be a little dark for nighttime.
now paint those lowers!

California Law...

Front = 70% at the most

Rear = Doesn't matter

My front = 35% / My Rear = 20%

 

looks great! tint makes a big difference.

 

^^ Thats the law here, and I didn't tint my windshield.. just makes me easier to spot by the cops...

Guess I'll have to roll down all4 windows if one pulls up next to me, that won't be obvious!

 

Yeah tint definitly makes a huge diff.
