Thats a great deal. Test pipes are "for off road use only"- meaning its illegal everywhere... And if you live in a state that has emissions tests/inspections just skip it and try a high flow cat.

if someone gave me a used cat, i could make a bunch of test pipes not hard at all i made mine in my last car.. tubing is cheep
