yes thank God. the more i thought about it, and where it hit, i'm very lucky. if it hit a little higher it would have got my head through the sunroof. or a little lower and i would have taken it in the face.

now i'm just bummed cause i won't be able to drive it for how ever long it takes the bodyshop to repair it. this after not driving it a week while i was slowly doing some maintenance (valve cover gaskets).

oh well on the bright side, i looked over my ins. policy and realized i have a $500 deductible, i thought for sure it was $1000.

WHOA! you are 1 lucky guy,that could have done some serious damage,had th same thing nearly happen to me,truck driving towards me,rock dislodged from between rear wheels of truck i just saw this boulder come flying towards me so just closed my eyes then nothing,it must have bounced then went over roof of car tellin ya i near sheet myself.
