Sean1.8, what i meant by some of the race manifolds will crack at the weld, but run better up top flow. I remember cincy educated me on that one in my bt post.
like i said, IF THEY ARE CONSTRUCTED CORRECTLY they will last. if they are argon filled and precision welded like the 034 and Full-Race tubular manifolds are, they will not crack.

case and point, Mike hood has been running some sort of huge snail on his Full-Race manifold with no turbo brace since he first got it over 4 years ago.. he now pushes close to 800hp out of his gt35r and still no brace

i could see 600 maybe 650 from a 1.8 + gt35 but deff not 800 without n2o

800hp? daym. there's a 2.8 in the recent eurotuner magazine that has a 3.0 crank and a 2.8 head with i believe gt25 series turbo and it's doing 600 ish. 800 from a 1.8 is pretty crazy

actually that car makes 653Awhp with only 2.8L's of displacment. and it runs dual GT28RS's at 30psi dailey with full weight and runs a 10.8 @133mph..

also revs up to 9500rpms

come on dude, i thought you were smarter than that..

800HP, not WHP..

his car makes over 600Awhp with 2033cc + 35r + 32psi
