Default H.I.D. question

I know this has probably been beat to death and I'm expecting a flame or two, but what do you guys recommend for a QUALITY set of H.I.D.s but also cheap? I've heard some horror stories about some REALLY cheap H.I.D. kits and I wanna know what you guys think is good and what prices I can get? This would be for my 1999.5 Audi A4, so it's the newer one-piece headlights; I believe it's H7's...

Thanks for any input!

oemhid.com sells the rs6 kit which is very good, or any kit buy hella or phillips. 4300K is the brighest, Anything over 6000K is blue but if u want pure white get the 4300K.

u can go ahead and do that but u wont be getting the best lights. Like crazyhawk said after 6000K the light output goes down. When i buy mine i want the whitest and brightest therefore i will buy the RS6 kit from oemhid.com
