Does anyone know where I can find information on the spring rates for all of the aftermarket spring for our cars. I have read many threads where ppl say that H&R race springs make for a harsh ride and I wanted to compare the diff. spring rates before I make my decision.

Please list the spring rates for ~

-Neuspeed race springs
-Vogtland sport springs
-H&R race
-H&R sport
-H&R coil-overs
-B+G coilovers

Any others that I may have missed too.
