Hey AteUrV8 - so when you are making 2g's/month, and you sometimes only pay $700 on the car... what does the other $1400 go to? (besides a digi cam, of course)

lol, when did i say i live in an apt complex?? i didnt...good assumption, but your wrong...sorry i dont have a digital camera to take pics...i can only take pics when im at my parents house...

and i didnt have to make $1000 car payments...i wanted to, to pay off my cars asap...

i could have payed $1000 bux/mth for 3 years on a $80,000 car but i dont wanna pay for 3 years...

my credit score is probably better than 99% of you on this site, and im twenty, with three cars payed off...that was pretty much my motive on doing all this...I work at a car dealership and i know how imoprtant credit is, as well as being upside down in your vehicle is...im determined to never face any of these situations.

yeah.. youre credit is better than mine bec. i dont have a "great" family like yours that pays my rent. Not on an Apt either...hmm I guess a house then? or am I still assuming?

When I hear rent I assumed Apt - bec. honestly if u were my kid? & if you had $ to burn by paying off $1000 - $700
a month my a$$ wouldnt be paying your rent note...

If u can afford not one - not 2, but 3 rides? - your a$$ should be grown enough to pay your own rent. Apt, house, houseboat, RV
or wherever it is u stay at.

Go ahead w/ your bad self... " I ROCK 3 used cars that I've allready payed off
& my credit score is better than yours [:-] but my parents pay for the roof over my head.... "

Yeah thats wise allright. I wouldnt be talking about that ****... I'd keep that **** secret.

it was a deal that if i stay in school, they pay rent/insurance/celly, and yes its a 3 bdrm house.

and the other $1400 goes to....mods for car/girlfriend/used to smoke a ton of pot (90 days sober, oh ya baby)/alcohol (not anymore)/hukkah bar/food/gas/etc...

Nothing personal, and I don't want to gang up on you, but "$1000 bux/mth for 3 years" is $36,000, not $80,000. And "important" is spelled with the "p" before the "o". Maybe a little more time focused on school and less on your great job at the dealership is in order. Yes, credit is important, but so is an education.

Well, Jeff, I'm not really sure why it's showing only one post, but you can rest assured that I’m not new here or elsewhere. Maybe I don’t spend a lot of time on this forum, but you can check out my 9061 posts on Vortex.

Regardless, what does that have to do with the logic of my post? Does $1000 per month for three years not equal $36,000, and is $36,000 not equal to $80,000, and was “imoprtant” the correct spelling?

And to address the topic of this post, a chipped VW 1.8T Jetta or GTI will walk a non-turbo V6, especially a quattro. They're just lighter and quicker.
