Default hard to do ?

hey everyone,

I've decided to get a JHM Short Throw Shifter and was jsut wondering how long it should tkae to install?
Also Im getting the JHM "Solid" short throw shifter and saw that they have a number of other shifter related products like: Linkage Upgrades and shifter stabalizer bushings and was wodnering if any of theses other parts are needed or i should get them for while im doing the short shifter install?

their stuff is never ending.... its over $300 for all the stuff they sell for the shifter... but everyone claims it creates a very very solid shifter... and for the money it damn sure should.....

but their stuff is top notch and thought through very well...

also note it doesnt reduce throw, just reduces slop... you can order it cut 1" shorter i believe... but its not much throw reduction....b&m and neuspeed both sell short shifters that reduce it up to 40% i believe but dont quote me 100%

shoot, just get a ebay one. They fit well and are rather simple to install. Think it took me like 45mins to do it.

Well **** if it took cincy 45 minutes to do, prepare to have a 2-3 hour project on your hands.

That was 35mins for my brother (not so mech inclined) to remove the old stuff and get stuck. I just redid the last of the assembly part which took about 10-15mins. So it was less than an hour for me to sit there and watch him get about 80% done before having to take over.
