Default Has anyone installed the lower mesh on their own?

i finally found matching mesh (with my top grill) for under my bumper and i plan on installing it myself

the side grills by the foglights come out very easy and i will be putting it the mesh in its place
the center one under the license plate may be a little more difficult but it can't be brain surgery

at least i wont have a mesh grill uptop and stock grills below...time to make it all mesh!!!

I WILL KEEP YOU ALL POSTED WITH PICS...

Not a big fan of mesh... looks like something on a gay cavalier, sorry for the negative comment

yea, whats the rush...i will do the sides first and then worry about the center piece

by the way i got the mesh from www.mcmaster.com; they have hundreds of types of mesh
i remember some other thread people complaining they can't find matching mesh with their top grill

Well it depends what grill you have too.

What color is your car? I like them on black cars when they black out the mesh so you can't really tell.

When I did mine, most of the plastic tabs on the side pieces were already broken off.

So, I used some liquid nails to hold it on. It dries clear, so you cant see it unless its right on your face.

I was going to paint it black, but the aluminum I used looked good already, so I didn't paint it.

I lost one side, so one side had the original black. After i saw how good the aluminum looked, I replaced both sides with that.
