Head swap? I asked about this in an early post, didn't get much feedback. Could I put 30v heads on my 12v engine, do they line up. I've done lots of head swaps on Hondas Ls B18s with B16 heads. B20s with B16 heads. K24s with K20 heads. Audis can't be that much different or I'm being foolish. I just think that if it can be done it would save me ca$h on buying a new motor. Heads, ecu changed to run the 30v, and an supercharger would seem to be cost effective way to radically increase my power. Please feedback would be awesome.

 

no its not possible.. just sell your car, and get a 30v if thats the route you want to take.. or get a 1.8T

everything.. why cant you put a honda head on an audi engine.. it just wont work.. same with a 12v head and a 30v head

 

Keep the 12v... just drive it

 

If I can make a 13 sec non vtech/ non turbo honda I can figure this out tell y'all bout when I'm done. unless some one has FACTS about why it can be done.
