Default headlight conversion gone bad

ahhh...ok so anyways I did the 99.5 headlight conversion. however, i kinda of goofed up, i cut into the fenders a little too much. I mean i didnt cut into the actual visible bosy, but i cut the fender in a way where the headlight doesnt look completly flush. so i was wondering if you guys know what i can do, or a body shop can do to correct this? can they weld some more steel on there and paint it...or am i screwed?

I cant exactly picture what you you cut into to much in my head but I bet if you use a little body filler, a llittle sandpaper, and alot of time you can fill it back in.

Cover the bare metal with primer paint so it doesn't rust.
