Default Headlight pattern

Hey guys, new Audi driver here. I'm driving a '02 A4 3.0 for the summer and I've got a headlight question. The beam pattern I see out on the road in front of me is uneven. The right side is higher than the left. I don't think it is supposed to be this way, is it? Is there a way I can fix this myself? The car has auto-leveling headlights I believe... The pattern kinda looks like this:

_________/---------------------

Thanks

Even though the headlights are auto-leveling, I still need to properly reset the beam levels after doing work on the headlights, right?

I'll be doing clear corners soon...probably will project them onto a wall where I'm doing the work and mark where they hit on the wall. Or will the auto leveling do that for me? I'm just not too familiar with how it works.

Gracias
