How about.... your display is f'd up and there is nothing really wrong with the car. I believe it is a good possibility.

You could also "make" something wrong with the car to see how the display changes (like unplug the coolant fluid level sensor under the resivor. PM me and I'll give you my email address to send my $5 to.

actually, its not the display thats causing the problems besides how it is fading. Yesterday it was perfectly fine (top showed radio staion blah blah blah and was red) today it shows that sign and is orange/yellow

You could look at your manual and start process of elimination for all yellow warning lights. If all system is well then i guess your last opition is instrument cluster. I know that can get expensive and then, itwill go bad later again.

Looks like the windshield washer level sensor. My headlight washer pump leaks so the warning light would go off because the ww resovoir can only be filled to the pump level. I just unplugged the sensor.

it's the breaks, i had mine show that symbol when my pads were low, took me awhile to figure it out myself and my screen isn't all messed up. you can always have someplace like VIP or Auto Zone scan it for codes, most chains like that will do it for free.

its not the fuel because if you look at the gauge its full
