when i make right hand turns the car makes a moaning sound and vibrates slightly, but only on right hand turns, any ideas as to what this is?

Is it a squeaky/moany sound? I had ths, and was just on left turns. Took it to dealer and turned out just needed a blob of grease on a joint of some sort. No problems since...

yeah moany/squeaky sound, and im in second gear so thats not a problem
