Default HELP!!!!

The other day i stupidly knocked the ECU fuse out (Dont ask!) Anyway, from that day on my 210bhp Audi has been running rough.I asked the tuning company if i had reset the ECU by removing the fuse, but they explained this wasnt possible, as did Audi when i explained the situation to them to. Its as the car is back to running 150bhp, strange thing is its running rich, which would suggest the ECU is still trying to use the remap. So this got me thinking it must be air mixture. I thought it must be the MAF sensor playing up, and several other people have said the same thing. The car has no guts at all above 2,500RPM and it doesnt idle properly, keeps bouncing up and down all over the place. It has also stalled a couple of times when ive been stationary.Audi suggested bringing it in for a Diagnostics test, but thats £75 just to tell me the problem!
Has anyone got any ideas or suggestions??Its doing my head in!!!!

Have you tried reseting the Throttle Body?. To do this turn your Key to Position 1 (not on just electronics) Leave drivers door open after three minutes or so you will hear the TB clicking for about 10sec and see how the car runs.

Disconnect the battery and reconnect it, before trying IamSputnik's instructions.
