Default help?

When do you guys think timing belts should be changed if a dealer is selling it? it has 63k miles and i dont think its changed and i dont wanna buy it for 14k and then have to spend another 1-2 k to change it. if it isnt do you think i should make them change it or take off 1.5k off the price?

You should find an independent mechanic for around $700 for this job.

you got another 25 to 30k before it needs changing and the dealership prob wont do it cause there *******.

ya i know but i mean they should change it before they sell it or thats my opinion at least imma see if theyll take off like a grand or 2 if it hasnt been changed or ask em to change it nicely. but if not ill just see if theyll lower the price at all. ya i know a guy that will do it for pretty cheap or well use his garage to change it. thnx for the info
