Default Here is where I am now!

I put everything back together, still no acceleration, 0-60 is like 20 seconds, so then I unplugged the N75 harness, and there was no change, still same horrible accelration, but no check engine light came on or anything when I unhooked, then after about 6 minutes of driving I put it back in my garage, opened the hood and the turbo was glowing red hot, (maybe that is normal) what next?

What kind of plugs did you put in and what gap?
Have you checked the turbine wheel in your turbo to make sure it spins freely?
Your turbo should not be glowing hot unless you are really driving it hard. It sounds like you may have a bad cat due to running rich. Do you have a boost gauge? If your cat is plugged your turbo will not spool and your car will run like crap.

Ok, I put in NGK plugs, I didn't check the gap, How would I know if the cat is bad? And is it safe to drive like this or will I damage the turbo, and yes I checked the turbine, it did spin freely.

My car is the same type, same year. I had the same problem. Mine turned out to be a loose wire for the turbo control or something. My mechanic at Streamline in SLC fixed it for like 30 bucks. He says this is a common problem as our cars get older. Sorry for the slightly vague answer. I am no motor head but your issue really sounds just like mine. Is it possible you knocked the wire loose while changing plugs? May explain the fact the problem started right after you did the work. Maybe one of the real motor heads here could tell you if this is plausible or not. If all else fails call Elf at Streamline mon-fri from 9 to 6 Mountain time 801 467-7999. Tell him Matt F. sent ya. He knows these cars like no one else and he's a hell of a nice guy. Cheers. Matt.
