alright so im driving and shifting from 2nd to 3rd and suddenly my clutch becomes something like an accelerator and whenever engaged the RPMs skyrocket. I let everything out, no gas, no clutch, in neutral and the RPMs go all the f^ck!n way to 7300 where the redline is 6200. I shut off the engine and it ends with a big shake. Start it again 10 min later and engine immedietly revs up. The gas pedal is almost stuck to the floor so i am thinking it could be a blown throttle cable? or is it all computer? would a scan help it? anyhelp would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Check out your throttle body and all the linkage/cable. I dunno other than that... freaky stuff though.
