help with engine wire harness

the wires going to my coil pack are screwed..... I was told that its better to just change the whole harness rather then sodering new wires

then they are incorrect its easier to replace those wires back to where they got shorted

most problems like this are caused by wires chafing on the engine due to vibration and its not uncommon

for a tech to do this you're looking a some major labor i think the shop that i worked at that replaced/ rebuilt stolen cars for the insureance companines where like 75 and hour and at least 5 hours a harness
