wow that is perfect timing..jestnomen..my car has 69890 miles on it....when i take it apart will i be able to tell what exactly i need to spray with that cleaner?
Yes, there is a little tiny thread of wire in the hole at the end of the sensor. Spray that. It's likely you'll just need to suck it up and buy a new sensor though. Audi began making some remanufactured ones that are pretty cheap though. ECS Tuning sells them I think.

Where was this ???

Anyone that cant tell you what it means is a total moron and i would never take my car to them!!!!
2nd it has nothing to do with the MAF !!!!!

99.9% of the time a lean condition will be cause at Idle because of a vacum leak in the intake tract !!!!
so start checking hoses out under the hood, mainly the FPR hose and all the small ones that are prone to ruptuting and heat rotting.

I've been a drivability and diagnostics technician for nearly 9 years and that where it ususaly ends up.
Also you would be surprised what a bad ground can cause !!!
i seen from fueling issues wit multiple codes to complete failure of components!

Good luck on your hunt.

Sorry it took forever to write back on here... but the damn car died... when i went outside to go start it, it took forever to start it would just crank and crank and crank then start.....then i drove to the other side of town shut it off then when to start it again and this time it wouldn't start at all just crank. could this still all be caused by possibly the MAF sensor or something worse? im not sure what to do just pay the deductible on the warranty i guess.
