oh, your trying to take the maf out of your stock box ?

if so, push the wires through the grommet, into the airbox and unclip the wires from the maf...other then that theres just like three screw holding it into the box and you just pull back away from the opening

Ok, now we got the entire top half off, so we do remove the bottom correct, and if so.. how?

Did it seriously take you 40 mins to figure out hoe to get the top of your airbox off?????


Dude if this is true take your car to a professional.

Intakes are idiot proof but, you most be something else. Sorry for the harsh words but damn 40mins to get the airbox just open. A moron could have installed your intake already.

i took me pretty much ten minutes, to take out my old box and maf, and ghetto rig a new intake with a crap filter i had laying around... just for kicks.. wasnt sequred to anything, and i only went up the street and back..didnt really do anything for me

lol, its dark as **** in my garage, in 5 minuets we had everything out so the top part could be taken out, except for the MAF sensor, we had to ******* rip that **** out hardcore for it to budge... My garage is dark as ****. Now we have both the bottom and top taken out and were finishing it when its light, took us near 1hr to get them both out, hahaha.. not we got new directions and spent mabye 30 minuets in the actual garage, but last thing I wanna do is hurt/break something, sigh

But thanks for all the hate haha, I understand though but if you woulda seen the siutation you wouldnt have thought it was that bad =(

No light + 40 Degrees outside = ******* a.
