Default help me please!

Hey everyone I need your help. I just bought a 1996 Audi A4, midnight blue with tan interior. Heres the problem. It has a cassette player, I want to add a cd changer but I dont want to alter the looks of the interior. Ive searched and searched and all I came up with is a part # 8D0 035 111 ot 4D0 035 111. Is there an aftermarket cd changer I can purchase to install in my ride. Everything I come up with is 97 and up. Thank you for taking the time to read this post and any help will be greatly appreciated. If you have any links please post them or email me at erick_xx@hotmail.comonce again thank you.

I guess there are a couple of options -

Option 1 - Look on Ebay for a second hand Audi head unit and boot CD... there are a few in the UK and I guess so in the US.... usually for around £149 about $238

Option 2 - You should be able to get a boot changer that works in conjunction with part of your existing radio FM frequency range. You simply tune a preset on your radio to that of your boot CD changer. This way you keep your head unit and get high quality CD through your radio.

Anyway.... just a couple of thoughts ..good luck

Okay i had the same problem too. The best thing u can do is get a Cd changer that is universal dude. Cuz if u get the one with a remote like i did u really cannot tell if its with a Fm modulator. I just hit it under my right shin and its cool cuz i can change the track and the cd with the control is came with. And i got a good deal only 166 dollars Pioneer 12 disk. and it work good. So save urself about600 fora OEM and get aUniversal one.
