Default HELP!, my indicators stick

Hope someone can point me in the right direction with this one as my indicators stick on intermittently!

The light stays solid (no clicking on or off) and I have checked outside the car and they are stuck on

It happens intermittently and is driving me mad!!

I guessed it was a sticking relay, but it sticks with the hazards too, where is the relay, and how do i stop it sticking?

Any help much appreciated

hummm my data doesn't show where it is but its in the steering area ( try pushing the hazard switch off and on a few times you might hear it click ) also fuse F2 does the indicators and hazards

Driving earlier and they stuck on totally, both sides would not flash, just lock on or off, same thing with the hazards
It seems that it's the hazard switch itself that is the relay (on the back of the switch)
Do i have to just get the hazard switch replaced to cure this?

Apologies for the newbie questions but this is my first Audi and I've never dealt with electrics before!

It's not in the steering wheel, it's always been located in the hazard button in the middle of the dash.
