Hey guys, I'm installing a manual boost controller on my car and I can't get it to actually control the boost! There was a greddy controller but it was cut and the internal control unit was gone when I bought the car. It has a garrett gt28r turbo on it with stage 2 ecu upgrade, adjustable fuel regulator, and a remus exhaust.
I hooked the controller up between the wastegate and the t that goes to the intake manifold and the n75 valve. I don't know what to do. Please help me. I may have installed it wrong and if so, please let me know. I have tried every setting on the controller.
I have a boost gauge hooked up, and no matter how the controller is set, the boost will just keep climbing. I don't let it go past about 14psi, but the kit is recommended to handle 16psi.
Sorry about the length of this post, but I am lost. Please help.
