Help please hah (window clips and audio)
With ridiculously crappy bad luck, all 4 of the window clips on the front 2 windows of my 98' A4 broke and I'm having to ghetto rig it with duct tape and what not to keep the windows up so sand won't blow in. Where on earth can I order some of these freaking clips? The nearest audi dealer is quite a bit away so ordering them online would be ideal.
On a side note.
Is the only way to change out the dash (radio) is to buy the tools to remove it? Can I just pull back the vinyl or something? Also where can I get a connector (female end) for the back of my new dash that is compatible with an audi?
All help appreciated

i looked for these online for you but didn't find any. how about you try this.... call the dealership and explain what part it is that you need and if they sound like they understand then have them order you the clips and mail them directly to you (you'll probably need to pay for them over the phone with a credit card so be prepared). The only other two options I can suggest is see if there is a VW dealer closer to you (A4~Passat)or start calling some salvage yards (you'll find those in the yellow pages of the phone book under automobile-parts-used)
good luck
oh, and to remove the radio you will need the removal tools. you could possibly remove the whole dash but it would make more sense to go to a local audio shop and ask if an installer could come out and look at your car, then when he comes out ask him if he can remove the radio for you and you'll give him like $7 (the average cost of lunch these days), or they might even sell you the tools for like $15

I cant help much with the window clips but as far as the radio goes, my friend took his to circuitcity and drove around back to the installation center and the guy came over and poped out the radio for free.
