HHHHHHHEEEELLLLLPPPPPP! Does anyone know where I can get trailer wiring kit for a 2006 A4. I have installed a DaLan hitch reciever, it was a breeze to put in but I am having trouble finding a wiring kit for the A4. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My Audi Dealership does not have a solution.

 

Any reason that you are putting a trailer hitch on an A4?

 

Don't mess up your Audi by slapping a hitch on there. If you really need to haul a trailer, go buy yourself a little beater truck. You can't find the wiring harness because its a sin to put a hitch on your Audi.

Yes, I know it is a sin to put a hitch on an Audi, but I found one by DaLan that installed nicely out of sight. You really only see it when the slide bar and ball are in. I need the hitch in order to pull a small very lite trailer for my chopper. I know the A4 pulls a trailer fine, I had a turbo beetle that pulled the rig with no problems. I can actually lift and pull the trailer myself with the bike loaded on it.

 

Also... there are hitches and wiring kits for A4s up to 2005, so even though it is a sin it's been done. I just wanted to know if anyone knows about a wiring kit for a 2006 A4. I have my reasons for putting a hitch on the car. I'm not going to buy some beater to only get stuck on the side of the road while pulling my bike 1200 miles to my next biker event.
