Default Help w/ Ebay Parts

This may be the biggest noob question on here, but here goes. I need rotors pads all the way around and a radiator. Of course i've priced local parts stores but the best deals are on Ebay. Here's a link to a radiator thats priced at $130! Compared to $240 locally i can't resist this deal! What do you think? Look too sketchy?

Links Below!

Links didn't work for me but it looks like you are looking for drilled & slotted rotors. I would suggest asking the seller if it matters how the rotors are mounted. If they say no then dont buy because 1 side will have the slots & drill pattern going in the right direction and the other side will be wrong.

The radiator looks like a fair buy, but the brakes are a no-go. That seller is garbage in my opinion.

This item looks much better but still ask them if they are directional

Brembo makes good oem replacement and aftermarket rotors for fair prices... Check them out.

Should i push for drilled and slotted vs just drilled? I've heard that slotted are harder on the pads. I'm looking at normal driving in Vermont, tough winters and nasty mud seasons but no racing... or not much racing anyway.

How about these rotors?

Id say just drilled. Slotted does wear down on the pads more. Drilled are more suseptable to warping though between oem and slotted if they get too hot. But the idea of drilled (like slotted) is to reduce heat so you probably woulndt need to worry about that.

I have had slotted and won't buy them again, just go for cross drilled A8 with TT brackets!

It's really up to you on that.

My car came with drilled/slotted (not sure what brand) and the pads (also not sure the brand) and are not wearing down all that fast. (at least after 5k miles)

Slotted is going to keep your pads from glazing over at high speeds like highway driving & racing, drilled is going to disipate the heat, but are prone to cracking. (so ive heard)

Me personally will be going with drilled/slotted again very shortly since i have had a good experience with them.
