so i was driving today and i noticed a clear liquid spitting out from under the hood, pulled over and checked under the hood and saw this! (see video link)

What is this?! and am i able to easily fix it or do i have to bring it to the shop?

I clicked on the video but it said its deleted. Clear liquid? Is it oily or watery? Does it have a smell? Drivers side or passengers side? Any mechanical noises coming from the engine bay since it started?

Without knowing any of this start with this...Check power steering and brake fluid. Post back with your findings.
