Nope TT turbos wont fit; You can get 240 out of a K04, but has is as high as you will get.

No. TT has a transversely mountedengine and A4 has longitudinal mounted. Different trubo's. There is a K04-015 that is a direct swap for the stock K03. Time to get kinky with the search.

not with supporting mods, you can get 280bhp with supporting mods. you won't get 280whp.

My plans were:
1. K04 swap w/ aftermarket turbo manifold
2. Chip
3. injectors (380cc to 440cc)
4. Test pipe with 2.5 exhaust
5. FMIC
6. Intake (already installed)
7. SAFC (if needed)
8. Aftermarket DV with a bigger spring to push around 15pds of boost

So how does my list look?

You'll never get the power you want with a k04, you need a bigger turbo and more aggresive tuning.

sounds good if your looking to hit 280bhp, but you might want to consider going bt if your going to do all that. plus it will be a lot more fun.
