try buying a DIY dent removal and buy some touch-up paint for the chips.
the dual rear fogs have been answered with the email he sent you which was a great write up.
as to your lower 0-60 times, even downhill.. try checking for a boost leak. you might want to invest in a boost gauge just so you have some sort of wayofchecking up on your boost level.
