So, I have to replace the missing ballasts and bulbs in my B6 and have a couple questions. First, the OEM ballast appears to plug into the wires that are currently being used to light the H11 lights that the PO wedged into the sockets. Are there more than these two wires that go into the ballast?? The reason I ask is that aftermarket ballasts have a set of leads that go to the battery but the OEM do not. Is it possible to power aftermarket ballasts from the headlight housing like the OEM?? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the OEM HID lights?? I want to place an order tonight for the lights but I don't want to have to run wires all ove the engine compartment if I don't have to.
