naah, you use 3m intdustrial foam tape, that stuff is strong. I used carpet tape but that was retarded cuz now i have this film on my bumper im tryin to get off.

if i decid to remove the plate will there be stuff leftover? If so does it just come off like with goo-gone?

no, not with the stock one. I srtipped mine so i had to drill mine out.
